COCKTAIL RECIPES

Soco Amaretto Sour

Ingredients: 

• 1.5oz Southern Comfort

• 1.5oz Amaretto

• 1/2oz lime juice

• 1/2oz lemon juice

• 1/4 oz simple syrup 

• Optional Egg White

Add Soco, Amaretto, lime juice, lemon juice, simple syrup and egg white into a cocktail shaker and dry shake. Add ice, and shake again for 10-15 seconds. Double strain into a coupe glass and garnish with a luxardo cherry.

Makes 1 serving

The Boy Who Blocked His Own Jello Shot

Ingredients:

• 1 cup Fireball Whiskey

• Juice of 1x Lemon

• 2x cups Apple Cider + any mulling spices

• 2x packet Gelatin

• Whipped Cream

• Cinnamon

  Add gelatin packets to apple cider and let bloom for 5 mins. Heat apple cider on low and stir until gelatin is dissolved. Add in lemon juice and fireball and portion out into individual shots. Refrigerate for approximately 3 hours. Top with whipped cream and cinnamon.
