COCKTAIL RECIPES
The Swiss Miss Army Romance
Ingredients:
Hot Chocolate (Makes 4)
¼ cup unsweented cocoa powder
3 cups whole milk
4 ½ oz chopped bittersweet chocolate
1 tbsp granulated sugar
Pinch of sea salt
(or screw it and use a packet of Swiss Miss)
Additions Per Glass:
1.5oz Bourbon Cream (or Baileys)
1oz Ancho Reyes Chile Liqueur
Whipped Cream and shaved Dark Chocolate
Add ⅓ cup water to a pot and boil. Whisk in cocoa. Reduce heat to medium and whisk in milk. While milk simmers add in the chopped chocolate, sugar and sea salt. Take off heat and pour into individual mugs.
Amaro, A Mission, A Brand, A Scar
Ingredients:
1oz Mezcal
1oz Campari
3/4oz Sweet Vermouth
1/4oz Rhubarb Amaro
Garnish with orange peel
Mix the mezcal, campari, sweet vermouth and amaro in a mixing glass with ice. Stir for 30 seconds and strain over fresh ice. Garnish with orange peel.
Makes 1 serving
Gindicated
Ingredients:
2oz Gin
1oz Lemon Juice
3/4 oz ginger syrup
1/4oz simple syrup
4-5 muddled raspberries
Egg White (optional)
Add lemon juice, ginger and simple syrup to a cocktail shaker with 4-5 raspberries. Muddle to release juice. Add gin and egg white and dry shake. Add ice, and shake again for 15 seconds. Double strain into a coupe glass and garnish with fresh raspberries.
