COCKTAIL RECIPES

Ingredients:
2 oz rye
¾ oz sweet vermouth
¼ oz allspice dram
2 dashes cardamom bitters
Luxardo cherry garnish
Instructions:
In a mixing glass, add two dashes bitters, sweet vermouth, allspice dram and rye
Add ice and stir
Serve in a chilled coupe glass and garnish with a luxardo cherry
Makes 1 serving
Brute without the E
Ingredients:
2 oz white rum
1.5 oz lime juice
½ oz champagne simple syrup (1:1 champagne and sugar)
8 mint leaves
Club soda
NA Version – Make without rum + add additional club soda
Instructions:
Add mint leaves, champagne simple syrup (see notes) and lime juice to a cocktail shaker
Muddle mint gently to express oils
Add Rum and Ice, shake
Pour to a highball glass, top with soda
Garnish with a lime wedge and mint sprig
NOTE: For Champagne Simple Syrup
1 cup leftover brut champagne
1 cup white sugar
Cook over low heat until all sugar dissolves.
Let cool before using in cocktails
